An exciting, challenging and very unusual project to provide safe access and an interpretive centre for the adventure
tourism program located in the wells and tunnels 20m under the Fremantle Prison. Colgan Industries opened and
cleared disused shafts and provided safe vertical access ladders, platforms and lighting through the tunnel complex and
cleared the tunnels of debris to allow the punts (small boats) to safely travel through with guests and guides. State of the art audio visual equipment along with custom made cabinetry was also installed in the interpretation areas.
