The Timekeepers Hut at Midland's Railway Workshops is an integral part of this historic location and was all but derelict when Colgan Industries were commissioned by the Midland Redevelopment Authority (MRA) to undertake the major restoration works. Where possible, original materials were salvaged, repaired and used in the restoration process. Today the Timekeepers Hut is home to the Workshops Interpretive Centre, an interactive museum that keeps this unique part of WA's history alive.
