Given the age of many of the buildings we work on, it is common we encounter asbestos containing materials (ACM) on roofs, in roof spaces, in walls and ceilings, electrical boards, adhesives, pipework and lagging. If not identified in the Hazardous Materials report provided by the client, our team our experienced in recognising these ACM elements and will have NATA accredited testing completed to confirm if it is an ACM.
We work with trusted licensed asbestos removal contractors and independent air-monitoring and clearance companies to provide a complete and safe solution for both your bonded and friable asbestos removal needs.
