Heritage Roofing
We have been involved in countless re-roofs and repairs to heritage and non-heritage buildings alike, organizing scaffolding access, roof-stripping and disposal including for asbestos roofs, structural repairs to the roof substructure, and the re-roofing in a range of materials including traditional short sheet galvanised iron, Colourbond, Welsh slate, traditional clay tiles and timber shingles.
The details
Many of these roofs have used specialty flashings and rainwater goods including gutters, downpipes, and hoppers in lead, copper, and cast bronze. We have also been involved in the introduction or upgrading of many roof safety systems for private and State government clients.
